Improvement implementation really occurs through a series of meetings and actions between meetings. Yet implementation teams often structure their meetings without the broader picture of how meetings move improvement actions through a project cycle.

This course enables implementation teams to develop sound meeting designs, structure a project as a series of meeting-action-meeting loops, and use meetings to guide all work in the improvement cycle.
