QuickPlan is a simple technique for rapid planning. In three days, an implementation team can develop from management goals a workable action plan that includes risk mitigation and communication activities embedded in the plan. The method is unique in that it can accommodate planning groups up to 25 participants, divided into planning subteams.
This workshop is custom-tailored for your organization’s needs. It is hands-on and practical, resulting in a first-level plan for improvement.
In the workshop, you will
- Identify the key steps needed to accomplish a given goal or set of goals.
- Define measures of success for the project.
- Create an improvement plan (reinforcement plan for leadership teams).
- Identify risks to the effort and embed mitigation activities in the plan.
- Assign roles, responsibilities, timeframes, and cost to the plan and its subsidiary milestones.
- Identify key reinforcement strategies and actions and build a plan to implement them (leadership teanm).
Time: 2 days.
Audience: Anyone who must produce a workable plan in a short time. The workshop can accommodate groups from 6 to 24.
