Custom-tailored for your organization, JumpStart is used to align management groups and implementation teams at the outset of an improvement project.
In the Leadership Team workshop, participants learn to
- Define clear goals and outcomes for the improvement project, linked to business strategy.
- Define measures of success for the project.
- Charter the team with clear roles and responsibilities, scope and boundaries.
- Link the team’s charter with that of the implementation team to ensure alignment of purpose.
- Begin developing an effective communications and reinforcement plan.
- Develop commitment in the team and accountabilities for delivery of team products and services.

In the Implementation Team workshop, participants learn to
- Charter the team with clear roles and responsibilities, scope and boundaries.
- Link the team’s charter with that of the leadership team to ensure alignment with the business purpose.
- Identify the key steps in getting started for productive work.
- Develop commitment in the team and accountabilities for delivery of team products and services.
- Develop basic skills in implementing organizational change.
- Lay out a preliminary improvement plan using the QuickPlan method.
- Address your specific startup issues and needs.
